We are pleased to announce that IBISKA’s proposal was selected for contract award to provide help desk support to the Department of National Defence (DND) – NCR Service Desk and IT Site Services (ITSS). The contract is for 1 year plus 2 one year options.

IBISKA is delighted to have been given this opportunity to assist DND with help desk support. We are well prepared to work in collaboration with the Technical Authority to deliver these services. We are currently assembling our team of Help Desk Specialists to satisfy the requirements of both services.
