IBISKA was selected through a competitive RFP process as the main supplier of Videoconferencing and Audiovisual (VC/AV) professional services to Shared Services Canada (SSC), Conferencing Services. The contract has an initial value of $9.7 Million and a duration of 2 years plus 2 additional years.
IBISKA will be providing a structured team of professionals to operate within the SSC Conferencing Services environment to fulfill videoconferencing and multimedia related service requests related to VC/AV projects as well as day to day technical and operational support to SSC and Partner Organizations.
We are very pleased to having been awarded this contract by SSC. We are currently enhancing our highly skilled team of VC/AV professionals with additional team members in order to meet SSC’s requirements.

- Technical Architect (Level 3)
- Network Support Specialist (Level 3 and 2)
- Help Desk Specialist (Level 1)
- Telecommunications System Specialist: Bridge Conferencing (Level 1)
- Telecommunications System Specialist: AV/VC Integrator (Standard/Unclassified) (Level 2)
- Telecommunications System Specialist: AV/VC Integrator (Secure) (Level 3 and 2)
- Telecommunications System Specialist: Desktop (Level 2)
- Telecommunications System Specialist: Infrastructure (Level 2)
