IBISKA requires a specialist with Nortel Meridian experience to join our Client's team.

Responsibilities are as follows:

• Adds/Moves/Changes on Nortel Option 11 and Option 81 running latest software releases
• Perform 1st line troubleshooting to include replacement of line cards
• Add/Moves/Changes for Call Pilot, also first line troubleshooting
• Knowledge of a Nortel Symposium Call center application is desirable but not essential
• Installation and maintenance of customer telephone sets
• Previous PBX installation experience is essential
• Must be Canadian Citizens
