Narindar Khabra

Narindar Khabra is founder and President of IBISKA. He has over 30 years
experience in the Information Technology industry with specific focus on
telecommunications technologies, operational management, and related
services. He holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from the
University of Ottawa and B. Sc. (Honors Electrical Engineering) from the
University of London, England. Following a diversified career in the
private and public sector as a Telecommunications Engineer, Narindar has
been successfully involved in the creation, development, and operations of
consulting businesses for the past 14 years.
His extensive experience in the development and management of consulting services enabled him to design IBISKA's winning business concept and to attract high profile, dynamic individuals on the IBISKA senior management team. Narindar currently oversees all aspects of IBISKA's global business.
Wayde Carter
, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
With over 25 years of Business Development experience in the IT industry, Wayde possesses the
breadth and depth of knowledge to provide leadership and direction for IBISKA's
worldwide sales. Prior to IBISKA, Wayde has held senior sales and marketing roles at Bay Networks (now
Nortel Networks), and Motorola. Wayde's expertise covers a wide range of IT technologies,
Customer Service Management and a solid background in customer relationship development.
Wayde currently oversees the development and implementation of IBISKA's global sales/marketing strategies and programs.
Gordon Gay
, Vice President
Gordon Gay is an Engineering and Project Management professional with 30 years in the
telecommunications industry. Gordon's experience includes technical and management positions
at Bell Canada; network engineering and project management consulting assignments with Bell
Canada International (BCI), for two large telecommunications networks in the United States;
senior management and director roles in customer services, engineering and business
development at Nortel Networks for over 10 years. Gordon graduated from the University of
Waterloo in Electrical Engineering and obtained a Masters Certificate in Project Management from
George Washington University.
Gordon is currently responsible for overall operations and engineering of IBISKA's US, Caribbean, and South America operations.
