In the spirit of continuous improvement, the IBISKA staff gathered away from our usual work environment for a weekend of learning, team building and strategizing.  We came away from this retreat with fresh objectives and a roadmap for continued improvement in the delivery of services to our clients and consultants.  We are very excited to begin the implementation of new processes, tools and approaches.

Cleaning the Capital

On April 19th, IBISKA staff eagerly rolled up their sleeves and dug into the garbage emerging after a long winter near the Rideau River locks using bags for garbage disposal, compost, and recycling. Wheel Chair Dare

On April 6th, and for the 3rd year in a row, IBISKA participated in the Wheelchair Dare to raise funds for Muscular Dystrophy research and services. Four of IBISKA’s staff members have now taken the challenge of spending a day in a wheelchair. This year, Annemarie Banninger raised a total of $1700, with the help of everyone at IBISKA, placing her as the top fundraiser under the individual category.
